What makes the Exhibit Persona Tote Bag unique?
Our bags feature the "5-Second Persona" system. Using a specialized interior slide, you can swap out art inlays to completely change the look of your bag in seconds—transitioning from a professional brand logo to an artistic "Ethereal Peony" or "Metallic Cat" design instantly.
What materials are used in the bags?
Our Gallery Totes are crafted from high-quality, durable Vegan PU leather. The art inlays are printed on premium 300gsm cardstock with double-sided lamination for longevity and a crisp visual finish.
Does my Gallery Tote Bag come with an inlay automatically?
Yes! To celebrate our launch, each of the first 300 Gallery Tote Bags comes with the Ethereal Peony design inlay included automatically. This allows you to experience the "5-second persona swap" the moment your bag arrives. You can always purchase additional designs from our collection if you find another persona that fits your style.
Can I buy extra inlays later?
Yes! You can buy additional individual inlays at any time to keep your style evolving. Look out for our new seasonal releases on our website and social media accounts.
How do I swap my artwork, and will it fall out?
Swapping your persona takes seconds! Each bag features a discreet, precision-engineered slot inside the bag. Simply slide your current inlay out and slide the new one in. Once inserted, it is perfectly secure and will not slip out while you are on the move.
How durable are the artwork inlays, and are they protected?
Our premium cardstock personas are built for daily life, finished with a protective, moisture-resistant matte coating that shields them from light splashes. Furthermore, the gallery window is smartly engineered to open exclusively from the inside of the tote, keeping your artwork entirely sealed away and protected from outside forces. Please note that we are not responsible for severe water damage; should you ever want to refresh your style or replace a damaged piece, new inlays can be ordered directly from our website.
Shipping & Logistics
Where do you ship from and to which countries?
All orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our hub in Budapest, Hungary. We provide global shipping, with specialized fast-track lanes for the USA, UK, Canada, and throughout Europe using FedEx and UPS.
What are the shipping costs?
Domestic shipping within Hungary starts as low as 1,100 HUF via Foxpost. International shipping is calculated dynamically at checkout depending on your location; for example, courier delivery to the USA is approximately 12,950 HUF (~$35 USD).
How long will it take to receive my bag?
Once your order is processed at our Budapest warehouse, domestic shipping typically takes 1–2 business days. International express shipping via FedEx or UPS generally arrives within 12–15 business days depending on your location.
Payments & Security
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and digital payments. For our customers in Hungary, we also offer Cash on Delivery (Utánvét) with a small handling fee starting at 450 HUF.
Is my payment secure?
Absolutely. Our webshop uses industry-standard encryption to protect your data. For international orders, we utilize trusted global carriers like FedEx and UPS to ensure your premium purchase is tracked from our door to yours.
Returns & Support
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your "Persona." If you are not satisfied, you can return your unused bag in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Please contact our support team at care@exhibitpersona.com to initiate a return.
