Exhibit Persona operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Exhibit Persona is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information when you visit, use, or make a purchase or other transaction using the Services or otherwise communicate with us. If there is a conflict between our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy, this Privacy Policy controls with respect to the collection, processing, and disclosure of your personal information.

By accessing our website and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

 International Sales & Shipping

We currently sell and ship to Hungary, the European Union, the United Kingdom, the
United States, and Canada.

  • Customs and Duties: For orders outside the EU (UK, US, Canada), you are the "Importer of Record." You may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility.
  • Pricing: All prices are displayed in [Currency, e.g., EUR/USD]. For EU customers, prices include VAT where applicable.

Products and Personalization 

The "Exhibit Persona" system consists of a Gallery Tote and interchangeable "Persona" inlays.

  • Visual Representation: We make every effort to display the colors and textures of our inlays (metallic finishes, gradients) as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will be 100% accurate.
  • Material: Our inlays are premium 300gsm cardstock with varying finishes (Velvet, Metallic, Gloss).

Right of Withdrawal (EU & UK Customers)

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Hungarian Government Decree 45/2014. (II. 26.), customers in the EU and UK have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

  • The "Withdrawal Button":  From June 19, 2026, EU customers can exercise this right via the mandatory "Withdraw from Contract Here" button located in our website footer or account section.
  • Exemptions: Please note that if a "Persona" inlay is customized or personalized specifically to your instructions (e.g., custom text), the right of withdrawal does not apply.
  • Returns: You must send back the goods without undue delay. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Warranty and Guarantees (Hungary & EU)

  • Statutory Guarantee:  Under Hungarian law (effective March 2026), we provide a mandatory statutory guarantee for our products. For consumers (including qualifying SMEs acting outside their trade), this typically covers defects for a period of 2 years.
  • Defective Products:  If a product arrives damaged (e.g., a bent inlay or stitching defect on the tote), please contact us within 3 working days for an expedited replacement.

Limitation of Liability (US & Canada)

To the maximum extent permitted by law in the United States and Canada:

  • Exhibit Persona/FlexiUp Kft. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
  • Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

Intellectual Property

All designs (including but not limited to Tiger v11, Westie v8, Tokyo Type, and Sunset series), logos, and website content are the intellectual property of FlexiUp Kft. Unauthorized reproduction or "scraping" of our geometric patterns or brand assets is strictly prohibited.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • Primary Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary.
  • You may use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.

    • Hungarian Customers: In the event of a dispute, you may turn to the competent Conciliation Board (Békéltető Testület) based on your registered office.


Privacy and Data Protection (GDPR)

We process your data in compliance with the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679). By placing an order, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which details how we share data with third parties (like DHL and our 3PL provider) for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order.
